We welcome you to our warm and
elegant guesthouse with a taste of Dutch hospitality.
Yellow Point Bed & Breakfast is nestled in the beautiful Yellow Point
area of Vancouver Island. A rural setting with over two acres of trees and
gardens, and in walking distance to parks and beach.
Ideally situated between the
"picturesque" town of Ladysmith, with its renovated heritage
buildings, and the city of Nanaimo, with all amenities. Conveniently close to
ferry terminals and airport, and centrally located for Island day trips.
Our guesthouse was designed and
built by your hosts and characterizes the European influence. On the inside,
fine antiques, filled bookshelves and many paintings provide guests with a
unique and comfortable atmosphere.
Your host takes pride in the flower beds and organic herb and vegetable
gardens. The harvest is used for flower arrangements and wholesome meals.
For years, your hostess successfully ran a private dinner club specializing
in Dutch and Indonesian cuisine. Her long-time experience in tasty and
nutritious meals are applied to providing guests with well balanced and
scrumptious breakfasts.
The flowers, the delicious meals, the warm atmosphere, and the very
reasonable rates invite fine times and longer stays.
